Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact me at abee.rue@hotmail.com. Refunds are not accepted after items have shipped. Digital items are non refundable as they can't be returned.

I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damage policy

You can always contact me for any damage issues at abee.rue@hotmail.com. Defective or damaged items can be eligible for replacement. I am not responsible for damage caused during shipping. Proof of damage will need to be provided.

Damaged items are only eligible for replacement, not refunds. Please message me with any questions.
