Shipping policy
If you have chosen tracked shipping and your package is lost, I will work with you to send a replacement or refund. I will request a 30 day waiting period to confirm that the package is actually lost. If the tracking says the package has arrived, I am unable to send a replacement.
If you have chosen untracked shipping (letter mail), I am not responsible for the loss or damage of the package. I will not refund any lost packages that do not have a tracking number.
Any damages caused by shipping are not my fault. If you have an issue with your package, please email a photo to abee.rue@hotmail.com.
In case the package is lost and comes back to me, I will resend it for you.
Depending on the country where you live you may have to pay customs, I am not responsible for customs fees.
Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact me at abee.rue@hotmail.com. Refunds are not accepted after items have shipped. Digital items are non refundable as they can't be returned.
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
